lululemon’s Sweatlife Festival returns to London with a powerful one day celebration packed with life-changing, mind-altering, body-stoking experiences.
This year’s event on July 23 unfolds at the Tobacco Docks and is designed to celebrate the ever-evolving and expanding fitness landscape of London with over 140 classes and 7,500 spaces.
A lively crew of local “sweat experts” will lead yoga, boxing, Pilates, spin, barre, bootcamp, dance and functional strength training and hail from UK studios, including Barry’s Bootcamp, Breathe Studios, Frame, Heartcore, Kobox, My Pilates, Neat Nutrition, Psycle, UN1T and Xtend Barre.
Sweatlife Festival offers something for everyone, from the long-time yogi to first-time rower or those curious to experience a gong bath! In addition to sweat sessions led by the likes of Chevy Rough of Chasing Light Collective and BBC1’s Mind over Marathon and lululemon global yoga ambassador Ryan Leier, a series of motivational talks will be hosted by leading health and wellness practictioners including Jody Shield, author of LifeTonic and Annie Clark of Mind, Body, Bowl.
The good times continue to roll, setting mindfulness in motion on the lululemon Om the Move meditation bus and festival- goers refueled at a selection of tasty food vendors and beer gardens. A bustling festival market place offers the latest kit for those looking to get sweaty in style.
