Who you are: store inventory lead (SIL)

Where you spend your time: on the floor & in the back of house

the mission of a SIL (the role):

The SIL is the leader of the expeditor at King of Prussia and will manage all inventory-related tasks. Key duties will include leading a team to process inventory when the store is closed and support guest experience via back-of-house management.

a day in the life of SIL (the tasks):

  • owns back-of-house operations at Flatiron, including but not limited to: shipping/receiving processes, inventory processing, back room management.
  • leads a team of expeditors and/or educators to process inventory when the store is closed
  • communicates with Visual Merch lead to set effectively set up merch team for success before large product drops
  • gives input on scheduling for the expeditor team; works hand-in-hand with Store Manager as they create the store schedule
  • Holds weekly touch bases with  Store Manager

SIL must have’s (the knowledge, skills and qualifications):

  • 1-2 years of experience in the Key Leader position

  • innovative and insightful

  • strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • one year’s work experience in retail sales – preferred
  • completion of post-secondary education – preferred
  • knowledge and involvement in yoga and/or other fitness, health or sports activities preferred
  • proficiency in  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

SIL working day (the hours):

In peak season, almost all of SIL shifts will be used to support with off-floor responsibilities. 

The majority of all SIL hours will be worked when the store is closed to support with efficient inventory processing. 

Shift times will vary depending on product flow.

The SIL is fully enrolled and is an authentic advocate for the culture of lululemon athletica and the tools available for personal growth and development such as the library, Brian Tracy CD’s, Landmark Forum and goal coaching. They understand these tools and work to enroll the rest of the team in them.
