lululemon’s Sweatlife Festival is coming to Berlin on August 11, 2018. Building on the success of the fitness festival in London for the past three years, lululemon’s life-changing, mind-altering event is coming to the German capital for the first time.
Hosted by lululemon, Sweatlife Berlin features the best of the local fitness and wellness community under one roof at Arena Berlin (including Badeschiff). Guests will enjoy a day of sweaty, stretchy and thought-provoking fun, participating in the largest lululemon community experience in Germany.
Sweatlife Festival’s purpose is to connect guests with renowned studios and teachers to build authentic relationships. The event celebrates the ever-evolving and expanding fitness landscape, providing yoga, spin, barre, paddle boarding and much more. Studio partners including hotpod yoga, Becycle, Ride Berlin and Crossfit Aorta are scheduled to host classes for all levels.
Classes will range from Becyle’s ballet-yoga-Pilates hybrid, Barre 45, which uses small powerful movements to sculpt, strengthen and align your core to Crossfit Aorta’s Endurance Class, a fast-paced and fun high-energy workout. Local lululemon ambassadors, including Mascha Kuchejda and Bettina Schuler, amongst others, will teach yoga, each focusing on a different theme, such as ‘finding your balance’ or ‘flowtorious hip hop’. A speaker-based series will run alongside workouts, encouraging real conversation in and around fitness with topics such as sustainable wellbeing and goal setting.
As a healthy lifestyle-inspired athletic apparel company, lululemon’s Sweatlife Festival is a key part of the brand’s commitment to elevating the health and fitness of its global communities. A transformational event, Sweatlife aims to enable and inspire people across Europe to live happy, healthy, fun lives.
