Today, lululemon shared its journey to achieving 100% global gender pay equity in 2018 and every year since, as well as new commitments to continue ensuring a fair and equitable workplace for all its people.

These commitments include:

1. Updating gender pay equity figures annually on lululemon.com.
2. Gender pay equity is built into annual processes.
3. Addressing all findings and closing any gaps each year.
