Beginning in November 2020, lululemon guests can directly experience and purchase MIRROR, starting with 18 stores across the United States.
The innovative at-home fitness platform’s best-in-class content features lululemon ambassadors and fellow celebrated instructors leading a variety of immersive and personalized fitness and mindfulness solutions. As the at-home fitness trend continues to morph into a greater lifestyle movement, MIRROR offers a unique and versatile platform to continue to elevate lululemon’s omni guest experience and digital sweatlife offerings.
Following in-store availability, a new suite of MIRROR features will be rolling out to the full Member base later this holiday season, including a number of elements designed to further strengthen the community engagement and personal connection highly valued by both brands.
To create a workout experience that’s similar to a boutique studio environment, MIRROR Members will have the option to activate the built-in camera to see and interact with others. During challenging exercises, Members will have the opportunity to compete head-to-head against another Member of the community as part of a new Face Off feature. Members will also earn points as they strive to hit and maintain their target heart rate zones. In addition, a number of interactive features will be released, such as Spotlights, which highlight Members and showcase their video feed on The Mirror once they’ve hit milestones and personal bests. Members will be able to further interact with their MIRROR community using a new feature that enables people to search and follow friends, as well as send High Fives during a class to keep others motivated.
Guests can see MIRROR for themselves at mirror.com and in 18 lululemon stores in cities across the US, including New York, Washington, Miami, Chicago, Minneapolis, Dallas, Los Angeles and San Francisco and surrounding areas.
