The Responsible Down Standard (RDS)
We’re committed to mindful choices in our raw materials and responsible sourcing is important to us. We’re proud to share that, as of fall 2016, we became certified according to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS). As of spring 2017, 100% of our down product is RDS certified.
What’s RDS?
RDS is an independent and voluntary global standard that tracks every step of our supply chain, ensuring that the feathers used in our down products come from humanely treated ducks and geese.
Why we’re participating
Across lululemon, we’re committed to the humane treatment of animals. The extensive RDS certification process lets us feel confident that we are creating products that align with our values.
