Lincoln Park Experiential Store Studios – COVID-19 FAQ

Yes, the studios have opened up and we’re following guidance from local government and public health authorities. As things will be continually evolving, please check out the STORE LOCATOR for the most up to date information and current store hours. 

• Hand sanitizer, equipment sanitizer spray, sanitizing wipes, and disposable masks will be provided should a guest need them.
• All lululemon employees, instructors, and guests will be required to wear a mask throughout their entire visit. 
• Studios, equipment, locker rooms, bathrooms and all high-touch surfaces will be cleaned with top-grade disinfectant proven to kill viruses like COVID-19 before and after every class. Our entire space is also sanitized hourly throughout our operating hours.
• Coway Airmega 300 HEPA air filters run in studios before and after every class.
• All lululemon employees and instructors undergo a symptom screening before their shift.
• Physical distancing: markers are placed in shared spaces like studios, locker rooms, and bathrooms to indicate a safe distance from other guests.
• Lockers: guests will be assigned lockers a safe distance from other guests. Lockers will be disinfected before and after every class. 
• Guests will be assigned a station in our studio. To keep yourself and other guests safe, please use your assigned station only.
• Classes will be operating with a reduced capacity based on guidance from local government and health authorities.
• Showers will be unavailable until further notice.

Yes, masks are mandatory at all times while inside the store, and in the studio during class.

Should you need a fresh disposable mask during your visit, we’ll provide one.

Yes. Locker rooms are available for use during in-person classes. Guests will be assigned lockers a safe distance from other guests. Lockers will be disinfected before and after every class. Additionally, showers are unavailable until further notice. 

Absolutely. We’ll have virtual classes available every day of the week. You can find them on our schedule on MINDBODY. If you have a cough, fever, symptoms of COVID-19, or feel unwell, please stay home and join us virtually.
