Gift Cards

Yes. You can purchase a gift card online or in-store. They can be redeemed in-store or online and should be treated like cash as they cannot be replaced. Gift cards and e-gift cards are final sale.

Yes. E-gift cards can only be purchased online and are delivered via email. They can be redeemed in-store or online, just like a physical card.

Unfortunately our gift cards can not be redeemed in the following countries: Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, UAE.  

You can easily check the balance online or have an educator help you at your local store.

You can add both e-gift cards and physical gift cards to your lululemon profile with a few simple steps:

1. Open the lululemon App and log in
2. Open the menu by pressing the three lines in the top left hand side
3. Select “payments” > “Gift Cards"
4. Push the “(+)” button and input the new Gift Card number and PIN

Now you’re all set to use your gift card online at checkout, or in store by clicking on the gift card and scanning the barcode that populates on your device.

You can redeem your gift card both online and in-store. Gift cards are not accepted in concession stores (shop-in-shops) such as Harrods and or Brown Thomas, or with our wholesale partners. 

Unfortunately, our gift cards cannot be redeemed in the following countries: Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, UAE.  

No. Only gift cards purchased in China can be used in China.

Yes. Gift card payments can be combined with PayPal

We can’t replace them if they’re lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. So hold on tight to them! Gift cards should be treated like cash.
