Everyone has the right to be well. We know that movement and mindfulness have the power to support mental, physical and social wellbeing. Yet, systemic inequities restrict access and not everyone feels represented or welcome. Here to Be exists to help ensure that movement and mindfulness practices are accessible, and to advocate for systemic change so that everyone can be well.
We fund organizations around the globe that create inclusive access to movement and mindfulness, and those that advocate for civil and human rights. These organizations support people who are most impacted by systemic inequity due to dimensions of their identity and lived experiences.
