lululemon Alerts: Text Terms

What are lululemon Alerts?

lululemon Alerts are SMS (text) messages from lululemon that are sent to opted-in users that contain information about products, contests, promotions, order information, shipping alertsevents and/or similar content.   After an initial confirmation text message, users will be opted in to our recurring text program.

How do I sign up for lululemon Alerts?

Sign up for lululemon Alerts by texting LULULEMON to the short code 21503. By signing up, you will be opted in to our recurring SMS program and are consenting to receive ongoing marketing text messages to the mobile number provided, from lululemon. The service is a recurring message program.  You warrant that you have provided your accurate mobile telephone number to lululemon and that you have authority to consent to receive text messages at that number. Your consent and/or subscription to receive such text messages is subject to these text terms.  By signing up, you consent to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Is it free?

Although all lululemon Alerts are complimentary, Message & Data Rates May Apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.

What if I don’t want to receive any more service messages?

To stop receiving all lululemon Alerts, simply text STOP to the short code 21503. Alternatively, you can email privacyofficer@lululemon.com with your Opt-out requests which contains the subscribed phone number you wish to have removed.   Requests by email will be answered in a reasonable time, in accordance with our privacy policy.  Once your telephone number is removed from our system, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your cell phone or mobile device. You agree that before changing, relinquishing or deactivating your mobile number, you will opt out of all luluemon Alerts.

What if I want to opt back in?

You can start receiving lululemon Alerts again by following the step outlined in the above section: “How do I sign up for lululemon Alerts”.

What if I want more info?

To request more info, simply text HELP to the short code 21503.

Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of the wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer's equipment, terrain, and proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. The wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered and will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
 

How are the messages sent?

We may use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send the text messages described above to the mobile phone number you supply when you opt in.
