Responsible Supply Chain

Our partners around the globe make it possible for us to develop and create beautiful products. Because we don’t own our manufacturing facilities, we take great care in selecting our vendors through a screening process that helps identify vendors that share our company values and screen out any that don’t.

A responsible supply chain starts with us and the decisions we make. We source our products and fabrics from 26 countries around the world, including the U.S.A. In 2020, we’re partnering with 55 active cut-and-sew facilities, and all of these facilities are regularly assessed.

COVID-19 is affecting global supply chains in unprecedented and challenging ways, now and into the future. Learn more about how we continue to support our vendors here

Vendor Code of Ethics

Our Vendor Code of Ethics outlines what we stand for when it comes to manufacturing. We partner with our vendors to uphold legal, humane, and ethical standards of production, while caring for the environment and communities. To maintain our standards, we assess potential partners before engaging in a business partnership, and work with them on an ongoing basis through regular follow ups.

Assessment Process

We keep things in check by assessing our partners’ facilities before going into production together, and regularly thereafter. We use our own team of in-house experts, commission third parties (when we need support), and show up both announced and unannounced.

Raw Material Sources

Raw materials are the foundation of our products and one of the biggest ways that we, as a company, can minimize our impact. We do our research when sourcing down, wool, cotton, and other raw materials.

Environmental Impacts

We’re committed to working with vendors in our supply chain to reduce their environmental impacts and improve sustainable performance. Learn about our requirements for chemical, waste, ground, water, and air management.

Human Rights and Working Conditions

We collaborate with our manufacturing partners, NGOs, and other industry groups to address issues that are bigger than any one brand. We’re successful together when our partners implement long-term solutions that respect human rights and elevate working conditions.

Building Partnerships

We’re committed to building long-term manufacturing partnerships. As a company focused on innovation and quality, our partnerships are key to bringing our vision and mission to life.
